One of the core missions of the Rustic Pathways Foundation is to facilitate experiential education programs for students with limited financial means. To this end, the Foundation strives to offer privately sponsored scholarships for exceptional students with demonstrated financial need.

We invite support from Rustic Pathways alumni and friends to enable us to provide scholarships to deserving students who would otherwise not have the opportunity to participate in a rewarding and life-changing educational travel experience.

Note on Education Through Travel Scholarships for 2012
For students interested in applying for an Education Through Travel Scholarship, please note that unfortunately scholarships through the Foundation for 2012 are not currently available.

Education Through Travel Scholarships are typically available to exceptional US high school students who are rising 9-12 graders with demonstrated financial need though a highly selective application process. Past scholarships have covered between 50 and 100 percent of a participant's total program cost, but not airfare.
